Meeting the demands of “life” has its challenges. As we strive for success and greater evolution, our priorities can become out of balance and more external in nature than we realize. Before we know it, we are overworked, overstressed and under-productive. This imbalance may lead to dis-ease in the body and mind, and our health suffers. By shifting our awareness, we can live 200% of life – fully conscious of our Being and nourishing to our bodies while simultaneously creating prosperity and productivity in our day-to-day life.
