Most likely, you’ve already received your Gift Certificate purchase code from a friend or loved one. Lucky you! If you purchased a Gift Certificate for yourself, go fetch your purchase code from your confirmation email.
Quick Steps
Here are the quick steps to redeem your gift certificate. See further below for a visual guide with screenshots.
- Go to the Shop page and select the service that corresponds to your Gift Certificate. Do not choose a gift certificate.
- Choose a date and time, and book your service.
- When you get to the checkout cart, enter the purchase code and hit the “Apply Coupon” button. The coupon should apply automatically for you. Proceed to checkout screen.
- At the checkout screen, be sure to include your birthdate information. Then scroll down and click on the “PLACE ORDER” button. If there is a remaining balance, follow the onscreen instructions to apply additional payment.
- Upon successful payment, your order will be placed and you will be directed to a confirmation screen.
- Check your email for confirmation that your payment is being processed.
- Once your service appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a final email to confirm your service appointment date and time. Be sure to save this email and give me call at your scheduled date and time. I look forward to hearing from you! ~Kara
